A month has passed since the last post. But there hasn't been any new things happening this past month related to our new house. As I said, everything is happening in the background, in the factory.
The architects at Myresjöhus have been busy finalizing the minute details of the house plan. The details for the foundation work are finalized now.









In other news, the weather last month has been really crazy. In the beginning of April it was warm and we were getting ready for the spring/summer. Then suddenly a couple of weeks back there was snow again.



Then after a few cold days, it started getting warm again. Yesterday was "Valborg", the Swedish tradition for welcoming the spring. They collect all the old wooden items, furniture, branches of trees, etc. and make a bonfire. They sing in chorus and eat hotdogs and then enjoy the bonfire by the beach. We were at Långö beach. It is very nice feeling.








Now that the details for the foundation of the house have been sorted out, we are just waiting (again...) for the date when the laying of foundation for the house will start.
